Much respect for CPM. If the energy is there, heckuva hire by USCe.

Maineiri went through a time of depression following his Dad’s death. That can take a toll on you. He admitted he got a little lazy during that time. I admire someone who will be honest. He may have gotten some pressure from some boosters to retire. He’s had some time to recover. Bertman was close to Ray Tanner at SC. He may have had some influence here.

If I’m Paul, I’d definitely take it. I’m sure they’re paying him good money and will give him the resources and people around him to be a CEO.

LSU at USCe next year in baseball. That will be interesting.
