That seems accurate. Actually a little surprised it wasn't more. I know USC was one of the schools that did.

Not USCw. They sent Baxter packing much earlier in the process than tm7.

Are you really suggesting that you have an honorable coach running your program that values truth and values above the best possible scenario? I can't tell if you are trying to troll the hell out of LSU fans or if you are just plain stupid.

If I meant South Carolina, I would have said so. Southern Cal coaches contacted him about teansferring and sitting a year. Ed Orgeron specifically did this.

I don't give a frick if you believe it. You're nothing but a troll anyway that's on what, your 14th name here?

Someone said SC contacted TM. I said that is false. I pointed out that they sent Dillon Baxter packing for the same reasons earlier than TM7. They both had problems with the stuff allegedly.

Could be the right time for you to absorb it into your media empire.

I love to say I told you all so

"He's permanently ineligible to play football at LSU," Bahnsen said in a telephone interview Monday afternoon. "That's definite. That's what was said Friday."

I'd love to call you an idiot.

LSU policy says it's a 1 year suspension.

Get off of the tigerrant.

These tweets from Herb Vincient seem to dispute the Bahnsen quote.

@LSUherbvin: LSU did NOT announce this. “@USATODAYsports: Tyrann Mathieu is "permanently ineligible to play football at LSU," the school announced"

@LSUherbvin: To clarify: Tyrann Mathieu has the option to go to LSU as a student. LSU is not speculating on his football future.

It's on. I believe it's just too soon for LSUs public reputation to openly discuss TM playing football here again. It's gives the appearance of the university not taking a hard stance against his infraction. Im sure they'd rather all that discussion be kept confidential but...yeah...that ain't gon happen.

I heard on 1240am Sports Talk Radio in Tupelo,Ms. today at 4:00 that Jackson State has talked to TM7 about coming there. This is an ESPN affiliate radio station. It may be based in Jackson, but has a signal in Tupelo. They also said TM7 had flown to Sam Houston State in their conference to transfer there. It looks like the small schools are recruiting him. They said LSU officials would decide Wednesday if he could come back on some kind of probation--How would they know that unless TM7 told them that???? I think we all will know his future by Wednesday night.

He'd have to sit out 2013 if he wants to transfer back up I believe. you can't transfer down, then transfer back up in consecutive years without sitting under transfer rules I'm fairly certain.

Someone may have posted the answer to this earlier but isn't this exactly what Mett did without sitting out?
