I actually enjoyed reading your post, and I like hearing from fans from the opposing team because it helps get the competition churning. However, you won't reason much with people on the Rant. Many are hardcore fans.
This will be a tough game for our freshman, but they are very talented. Fournette may not be superman game one, but I do expect him to develop into a premier back in the conference like Richardson, Lacy, and Gurley-- who were also highly ranked out of high school. Melvin Gordon is good, but an SEC D-line will be a tough test. Iowa scored on Big 10 teams last year but really struggled with the SPEED of LSU's defense all day. That's LSU's strength this year on defense again.
This is indeed a tough call, but the winner won't win by 2 touchdowns.

I expect this to be a low scoring ground and pound game from both sides. LSU still wins.

You guys predicting a blowout against Wisky might be in for a rude awakening. The last time a Wisconsin team lost by more than 10 points was October of 2009 to the eventual Rose Bowl Champions. They're in every game they play because they're big, physical and can eat up clock. Yes, they've lost 10 games in the last 2 years, but their average margin of defeat was 5.1 points in those losses.
"But they haven't seen our speed blah blah blah..."
Just for reference, last year's Iowa team hadn't seen your speed and they seemed to handle it pretty well. Oh yeah, and Wisconsin beat that same Iowa team 28-9 @ Iowa last year.

Wisconsin is the only Big 10 team I like. You're also the only big 10 team that plays our style. Unfortunately for you guys, you haven't seen elite SEC speed.

LSU has played eight early-season games against ranked non-conference opponents in the nine years that Les Miles has coached here. We've won them all, and half of them by double digits.
There may be some good arguments that Wisconsin will win this game. The history thing is NOT one of them.
