LSU is really missing an opportunity to capitalize on the intensity and dedication of LSU baseball fans plus the food and tailgating "culture" of LSU and Louisiana in general. Can you imagine a Dudy Noble type setup with fans boiling crawfish in the outfield paired with a Swayze type deal for students?

You do remember who the AD was when it was built don't you. You shouldn't be surprised that corners were cut and pennies were pinched. Base of the fan support alone The Box should be the premier college baseball facility in the country.

I mean when they released the renderings for what a new box could potentially look like, there was one that looks like the Coliseum......and your football stadium.... I have no clue why they went with the minor league field look.

While the stadium was nice when finished, it was still cheaply built. The concourse needs to extend throughout the stadium. Have chairbacks going to foul poles, extend the suites. Build a student berm in the outfield, replace the old box bleachers. Put a permanent batters eye that is grass. The concessions all need to be redesigned.

The new box has always sucked. Weird seating layout with the offices underneath the stands, no bullpens, scoreboard that was already behind the times when installed, no character whatsoever, etc... Bulldoze and start over.

they need to move the LF video board further back and higher, putting new bleachers in LF like they have in RF
I used to sit in the 2nd to top row under the board. impossible to see it from that angle, having to look straight up
as as someone metioned, it was the same bleachers moved from the old box. zero leg room
