Thanks for the civil reply Honkus. This makes sense. Sorry that an opinion has ruffled so many feathers that fellow LSU fans have resorted to calling me a ****, or a loser, or suggesting that I get a life. I have never set foot in Rocco’s and probably never will. I can no longer drink shots, or Bud Light for that matter due to a medical condition.
This really was just an observation that I found humorous, as everyone is so enamored by this challenge all over the Rant and SEC Rant. Several have mentioned how much $$ they’ve made on this game. Thought they could afford to update the display. That’s it. Sorry to have triggered so many of you. I won’t mention Rocco’s or this challenge again. We’re on the same team here, so let’s go beat the shite out of the Vols. Maybe we can all agree with that? Geaux Tigers.

I like the whiteboard. It brings back memories of $5 POP and drink specials. It’s fun to wait for the updates. You kind of suck.

I’m not sure what is the more ridiculous mentality the OP or this? On the one hand we have the OP wanting to use expensive digital technology for a simple silly contest where a simple tally board works just fine. On the other we have the notion that we should never ever ever replace or update something because of sentimental reasons. Both are lacking perspective
