The administration finds the Louisiana culture deficient or in bad taste?
Regardless of the excesses that occur with LSU tailgating (there are a lot) think about the arrogance of THIS administration (or any one, really)instructing the state school's supporters in their proper culture.
They are right, it must change.
F. King, you're outta here!

Resume

Bleh.

Anti-Alcohol Campus Crusader

Her first major university..this is the best we could find?

Her twins go to TXA&M. She probably worships the aggies GD weird traditions and believe LSU campus experience needs to be more like TXA&M.

An 8 page resume? GTFO, Mari

This is what becomes of what you are. Just another SJW providing more fodder for useful fools...the beat goes on. This is where the foundation for liberalism is set, aka, higher learning institutions.

This guy really gets it. If you are young some things slide right by you, but at my age it's truly amazing how everything that is stated by government and media is based on a premise of "change like I want". You just can't see the dangers in socialism/communism/mix.

You have a warped view of liberalism, and this is not the thread for this.

This is precisely the thread for this. I understand that you feel the need to minimize the effects of Liberalism at times like this, and distance yourself and your ideology from it, but guys like you BUILT it, and rather than deflecting you should proudly own this.

it's just a matter of time before there is a death and LSU gets sued to hell and back.

Has a school ever been sued for alcohol related instances? All this crap about constantly trying to cover their asses is frustrating. A person should be responsible for their own consumption at all times.

This has nothing to do with liberalism.
Far from it.
Those who do not understand that are all too accustomed to labeling as "liberalism" all things which they find unacceptable.
In fact, the topic is more properly "cultural intolerance", which can be associated with liberalism or conservatism or neither.
Nosey, self righteous busybodies come in all persuasions.

This has everything to do with the coddling and control environment that clearly flows from the progressive agenda and mindset at institutes of higher education. This is right on the fairway of that.

LOL.

Nice try. Walk into any Pentecostal Church in Shitsville, Mississippi and ask to speak to the Pastor. Then drive to LSU and ask to speak to Mari-Fuentes-Martin. Then you tell me which Fundamentalist Moralizer scares you the most and clings to their Orthodoxy while wielding the bigger stick. One is completely marginalized and put in a box. The other is culturally untouchable, has tremendous power over others, and uses coercion to enforce her brand of Moralizing. One can easily avoid a Pentecostal preacher. You can't back out of your driveway these days without having some liberal Social Justice Warrior wagging her finger at you for something. And you certainly can't attend a public University without being bludgeoned with liberal Nannyism.

You have no clue what you're talking about and are just spouting buzz words from your echo chamber.
go learn what "liberalism" is and use as a source something other than a right wing blog.

Fairly impressive string of non sequiturs there, Pimp.
It is also helpful in understanding the things you seem to find intimidating.
But it in no way explains how "liberalism" is implicated by the comments of Fuentes Martin.
Are you able to define "liberalism" (or are you capable of just making fun of it)?

Pimp,

Keep fighting the good fight.

You know as well as I do that "ACCOUNTABILITY" is NOT a Progressive trait. They will deny, deny, deny...

Reading this crap from this idiot at LSU makes me so happy I got out of higher ed when I did.

I could see the writing on the wall for LSU. It is slowly but surely being taken over by the SJW ilk.

Oh the stories I could tell from my days dealing with Administration, BOR, etc. The idiocy would astound you.

Yes. West Virginia WVU
and Albany Albany

just last year. The Albany case was not even a sanctioned fraternity at the school.

There are others...
Cornell and others also.

Condescension is your game, huh Nitwit?

I am an 18th Century Classical Liberal. In the tradition of Burke and The Founders. This was discussed earlier in this thread. We are discussing modern-day American Liberalism (which is wholly Illiberal in every respect), particularly the shrill current strain that is prevalent in academia. It specializes in limiting free speech, enforcing silly rules, and otherwise infantilizing college students.

I understand your need to want to distance yourself from this. But this is completely within the framework of the Cultural Marxism from which modern American liberalism draws it's inspiration. Ms. Mari Fuentes Martin's resume is a testament to liberal orthodoxy. Her liberal fundamentalism informs her bureaucratic zeal to moralize and nanny. That is undeniable.Which is why you will deny it.

He has defined "Progressive" and "SJW"....

Not "liberal". The term "liberal" has been hijacked, but I know here Pimp is coming from.
