But their field is dixie youth…

Walks is the huge difference. WHIP and ERA would be more comparable if we throw more strikes

with the wind blowing in Floyd probably just needed to throw strikes and we win, it was really those walks that did us in

We only have Paul Skenes. Woke Forest literally has 5 Skenes and at least 6-7 Aaron Nolas. 90% of their position players can pitch better than Ty Floyd. It’s a generational roster beyond comprehension.

So are we even more impressed with their pitching stats then?

Wake has no Paul Skenes, bad take

I see two very evenly matched teams for the most part. Sure they beat us once but tonight could just as easily result in a Tiger victory as it could a WF victory.

I believe this to be a cute attempt at parody of what he’s been hearing on TV

How is it over the Regionals, supers, and CWS?
I bet we are about as equal as the first game showed.
It is going to take some brakes and hits with eyes for us to win two against them. I really like our chances if we can eke one out tonight.

Sarcasm, I’m tired of hearing how unbeatable Wake is. I’ve seen a good team from them, but we literally lost by inches. It’s going to be a dog fight, but no different than most of our SEC series.

We need to pitch better with 2 strikes. Either Wes sucks, or our pitchers just can’t seem to throw with 2 strikes. Too many two strike pitches that are way outside the zone and easy to lay off of.

their center fielder is about as tall as Dixie youth

Just need to limit the walks like last night. We only gave up 1 free base.

The wind blowing in will favor us the rest of the tournament. I think it helps our pitching more than it hurts our offense. We need all the help we can get since we will be going deep into the staff.

This may be one of the dumbest things I’ve seen on here
