Mid-40s. I listened to some of that music and can listen to all of it in TS. It is a little too loud when the stadium isn’t full, injuries and tv timeouts have been an issue for years, tailgating isn’t what it was even 10 years ago, the traffic is insane but no different than 25 years ago…

We used to come home for 2 games every year. We now usually go to 2 away/neutral site games a year and enjoy those experiences. Tiger Band should play a lot more.

Saying this is no longer true.

Didn’t LSU sell 70k+ season tickets this year

lot of people found out how nice it is to watch from their recliner last year.

For the same reasons, it wasn't much better from home.

Gamepace: Tv timeouts. Come on. Every stoppage, the guy would come out with the big red clock. The game was painfully slow because of the play, this just poured gasoline on the fire.
I watched the game at home. The TV crew seemed to be having a lot of difficulties. Probably made their timeouts longer.

Agreed the experience is mediocre! The wait for a drink
Is forever, the TVs in the concourse are from 1979. Internet is god awful, lsu is a decade behind other stadiums. The music is what it is that’s a small part of the experience, if it fires up the players let them play it.

I hear you sir. If it makes the game So enjoyable, it’s probably best to go ahead and let them go. You are right, they will not likely be changing that part of the experience. Doesn’t really make you less of a fan to just watch the game from home. Realistically I suppose the experience is designed for young people, students, etc. anyway.

given the state of the program and our awful game experience, that we will not be renewing our 4 season tickets, after 30+ years

The first thing my dad an I talked about after mass this morning was “thank God we didn’t pay money to sit through that”. We’ve had tickets longer than I’ve been alive (37) and being at home is better than the current game day experience at LSU.

Because every song offends people

The bitching & moaning created what we have now.

Add this to the litany of things wrong with LSU lately

Corporate arrangements have put a humongous dent in the Tiger Stadium experience, and those in power remain tone deaf about it

No it wasn't, it was actually much, MUCH better. At least they were able to counteract the current crap by mixing in some good old stuff, making it bearable.

I don’t know what game you were at, but:

—. PA way too loud
—. Cheer lady shrieking into mic
—. Deafening bells on third down
—. Shitty music.
—. Cheesy stupid shite when they were not doing one of the above.

Death Valley is far better. You sure you were at the Rose Bowl?

The rose bowl played fukin music even during and after the snap, which I thought was against the rules. But as we have learned from our leftist loons, rules, laws and the constitution are no longer respected or heeded.
