It really cant. Before that season, if we had been put through something like the last 2 years, it would have really bothered me. Like I would have been pissed about it. After being at the top of that mountain in 2019 though, it completely changed the way I look at the game and experience it.
I got to see the GOAT team in person a few times AND our tailgate was selected to cook for the coaching staff at the ops building the day after we beat Arky and clinched the west. Got to spend all day at the practice facility smoking ribs, playing on the fields (indoor and out), hanging out in the locker room (met Tory Carter), doing some reps in the weight room, etc. We literally had free reign of the entire facility. Met O and gave him a "RTW? FU!" shirt. Got to meet the Slinger, Brady, Kevin Faulk, all of them. We set all the food up in one of the offices upstairs, and they were literally running off hundreds of pages of aggy formations and plays right there next to the ribs
it was awesome. Just another unforgettable experience with my family that I got to add to that year. It will never be topped, and I am perfectly ok with it.

I can't wait to see success close to that again. It is hard to believe we are only a couple seasons removed from the greatest team in college football.
