I think the problem may not be hitting or pitching. It may be they need to recruit brains and or softball IQ. Those runs were of slow recognition and the play was not made. Sorry but there is no reason these girls can'r get those outs. Humbled.

I didn't have high expectations for the hitting this year but I am disappointed by where the pitching is. I expected them to be a strength and it feels like lately they have slipped.

The play is somewhat disappointing, 357. It is hard to explain. They look like the keystone cops with their fielding and the screw up is gonna score. Like the men.

Pitching is worse this year but they are not being helped with the fielding errors , miscues and bad decisions.
I wonder if they go over film of all these errors and bad decisions, with the players .

It's feast or famine with softball. They're either hitting the cover off the ball and pitching socks, or the pitching is great, and they can't hit out of the infield. Torina left that pitcher in there too long and it bit her in the arse.

Did we win or lose? I was coaching in a road district game last night and had to run the team for JV tournament today...
I'm coaching in Bryan/College Station, but I won't even get to watch any games next weekend in BCS. We have a road game on Friday in Killeen, a Saturday game that the fired coach scheduled on Saturday at same time as LSU game. Maybe I will be interested in going to the Sunday game...
