LSU is better than Minnesota
Umpires were a joke
We continue to strand runners
LSU cant make plays at the plate where runs are scored
The Minnesota pitcher was illegal, umps would not call
LSU pitcher was called on quite a few pitches but gave up 0 runs
In spite of the outcome of this game I think LSU will win the series.

Fiser is better than all of LSU's pitchers. They won because they got timely 2 out hitting in the 4th and took advantage of the free passes. LSU let the 4th inning get out of control and let a lot of runners on.

Lets be realistic here....

Can LSU come back and win this? Absolutely no doubt they can but it will be a much tougher road down a game. Offense needs to do a better job scoring runners when on and pitchers need to stop with all the free passes.

Fiser is good, but not Barnhill good though. We out hit Minnesota today and definitely can win the next two games to take the series. I would say the two teams overall are realistically pretty evenly matched.

Can’t blame the umpires for the loss, if you rewatch the game, the calls were good. I’m really not sure how you can say that Fiser is illegal, I don’t see it. Gorsuch was crowhopping today on about half her pitches and was being called for it. I believe Gorsuch has gotten much better from where she was last year at the illegal pitches but still needs to correct the issue. For all the illegal pitches that were called on Gorsuch, she did a good job by not letting it get to her today and not allowing a run to come in.

Hopefully we can extend this series to a third game tomorrow. I do believe either way this years team has overachieved from where they were predicted to be at the start of the year.

Looks like Bama's hefty squad will be the 2nd qualifier to OKC. Up on Texas 6-1 last time I checked

I think she was born in Oklahoma, but then her family moved to Texas later.

Springfield also had family members that went to OSU.

Wow, this surprises me big time. I would’ve bet a lot that FSU would win the whole thing.
