You guys were #7 in the country this year
LINK

So not only does Arkansas keep their program but now taking players from LSU !
I wouldn’t say meltdown. That guy for Virginia is the best player in the country and has been nuking opponents this season. He just went to another level the last few games
I would say it’s pretty close. Also Auburn had a fairly easy semifinal win over Ohio state that finished at 7:30 while A&M had to go until midnight in a grueling match mentally and physically. They will be much more spent going in
2pm men’s national title: Texas vs Virginia

7pm women’s national title: Auburn vs Texas A&M

Both in Athens
I tend to agree. Even if it does give UGA an advantage, the crowds are just bigger and it has a true college tennis historical feel. The USTA campus in Orlando where it will go next year feels soulless in comparison
At 11;45 pm after a 3 and a half hour match in front of a raucous Dawg crowd.

One of the most epic sporting events I have witnessed.

Terrible look for Hunter
Firing Bryan wouid be crazy. Regardless of this loss, this was a massive improvement year. Going from last in the SEC and missing the tournament to the #7 overall seed in one year.

He proved he can build a good roster quickly this year
Tbf Pepperdine is a tennis school. They have a national title from 2006 and a final four in 2011. But still not a good loss
Yep. Had the home path to host until the final 8 site. Could’ve hosted Baylor next week in the super regionals

This team beat #2 Texas this year so this is a disappointing ending
Every SEC team made it except Tennessee and Alabama

Full bracket

Arkansas makes it in their final season of existence
the men's team is gonna make the NCAA tournament this year. yeah they were usually toward the bottom of the SEC but still competitive programs that could pull upsets every now and then
Men’s tennis is one of MissState’s best sports. Y’all are top 5 this year and a serious national title contender
Yeah UGA has had a rough few years. They are still solid this year but nothing special
