after the unsportsmanship penalty? A. Not bad, put some air under it and you can do field goals in Shreveport. B. Keep practicing, Rahim, you know Dalfrey will soon not have any eligibility left? C. other.

"C'mon, man. Please be nice. That's just plain naughty of you. You should be ashamed of yourself. Go stand over there 'til next play."

Actually more like, "You're killin' me, whatever your name is!!"

I guarantee he said something along these lines... "It's OK, son, you are a quality young man. We'll coach you harder, and we'll get it corrected next time. Go have an ice cream cone. Don't forget we are cooking steaks at the house tomorrow."

I would have gone with something along the lines with "If you hate whitey so much, why are you kicking a brown ball?"

I think it was similar to "The Waterboy." He sees the little KKK head as the ball rolling around so he goes and kicks it.

Miles just had to tell him to visualize and attack as the play is happening, not afterwards.

Or it could have been like Childress, from the Vikings, did to Sapp last night after he hit the Bears receiver in the face.

Very calmly when Sapp left the field you could read his lips when he said: "Go sit down".

does anyone know WHY he did that?

they stopped them on the play...

was he being held and got frustrated that there was no call?

I thought TJ had deflected the ball up in the air, Alem tried to run to pick it off but didn't get there in time.

what he should have told him:

"When we get back to BR, you are going to meet Death Valley Mountain. You'll get a great view of the luxury boxes. Up and down the stadium steps 500 times and/or until your soles bleed. Then we'll see if you still like to kick footballs. K?"

It is obvious that Miles is too soft to be a
successful D-1 coach. What would Saban have done?

All I'm saying is that whenever you're frustrated, shite can happen. People will sit here and claim that Alem has no discipline whatsoever while all the while, he's acting out of frustration.

Looked to me he went for the interception and couldn't get there quick enough. When he did it, I called him stupid, but at the same time, I knew why he did it. A big time whoops. That's all.
