Yeah it will be interesting to see what kind of rap sheet the TPOS had before he was shot to death in an act of self defense.

Glad to see the board has wrapped up and finalized their investigation long before the police will.

Good thing CEH was prepared. Hope these guys don’t have to deal with a bunch of legal stuff. If robber was a known thug, probably won’t.

Lol! As long as it wasnt the police that shot him right?

Have you seen the deceased’s rap sheet? Not a single iota of an inclination towards the investigation has been “wrapped up” you fricking retard.

Your post said the shooting was self defense, not if it was self defense, so you some how reached this conclusion. Regardless of what is on the deceased's rap sheet it doesn't give anyone a free pass to kill them.

Of course it doesn't. But robbing someone most certainly gives CEH a free pass to kill him.

Everyone assuming CEH shot the guy. Didn't see any reports that said who actually pulled the trigger.

Rule #1 should ALWAYS be: Don't go to someone's house/neighborhood for a cash transaction in any sale. Meet in a public place.

Absolute truth. ALWAYS meet in public. I usually do CL or other sales inside a local Starbucks. Others have suggested using a bank lobby, since there is an armed guard. Some cities are even setting up “safe swap” zones at police stations for such exchanges. If a potential buyer won’t meet in public, say bye and move on.

He's making assumptions based on the information that's out there and the fact that the kids haven't been arrested. I think his assumptions are very reasonable.

Threatening others with a weapon while robbing them is the free pass you are looking for. The rap sheet is just the supporting evidence for that.

Establishes a pattern of dangerous behavior that doesn't need to be in society. The joke justice system failed the deceased in that it didn't have him in jail so he could be safe from someone prepared to defend himself and his teammate.

Do you have to have a concealed carry permit in LA?

Open carry.

They would have to prove he was concealing his weapon, and that is impossible to do.

Correct sir.

"There is no gun permit required to purchase a firearm in the state, nor is a gun license mandatory to detail ownership. Registration of long guns or handguns is also not required under Louisiana law.Feb 20, 2018"

Why haven't they released a name and age of the guy who attempted the theft? I refuse and dislike the word victim being used to describe the criminal in any crime. This is an unusually long time to withhold this information.

Irrelevant. He was inside his vehicle. You can legally carry a concealed handgun on private property or in your car without a permit. The permit only comes into play when you want to carry a concealed handgun in a public space.

Maybe, but probably not by those who recruit against us.

Try to soft sell it all we want, but this is disturbing when added to the other recent death. Not saying anyone at LSU is to blame, just not a good vibe for us.

Yall motherfrickers act like USC recruiting was hurt by Compton Color Wars in the 80s-90s.
