You will get a bunch of responses with names that we have no shot at getting. We haven't realized where we are in the pecking order in college basketball.
It will have to be an up and comer, and that guy would have to want to risk it at LSU. There are better places to have success with more admin support.
Forget any good coach leaving a P6 school for LSU. We just aren't there as a program.

No, He is waiting for a blue blood as is Gregg Marshall and Tony Bennett. We need a good mid major with a proven record.
Bryce Drew would be a fantastic hire, he is from Baton Rouge. He would lock down Louisiana talent and he is a great coach.

Gregg Marshall is my pick, I'd sell out for him.

Gregg Marshall is also a pipe dream.
There are some guys we could definitely upgrade with, though. We can play solid $$ and there's talent here in the NO/Gulf South area.

With all the shite going on, in and out of the Athletic Dept, you would have to be absolutely crazy to be HC here. BB is behind baseball in support. Hell, there is more people at Gymnastics.

Gregg Marshall isn't happening. LSU would have to pay him like 5 million a year for him to consider it and that isn't happening.
