So we’re back to being thin on DL depth?

ND edge will help.

Old school days of playing with the guys you recruited here from Hs and transfer portal.

Gonna be fun to see Geralds, Big Rich and Lamar Brown evolve

Where does this put Ole miss and Golding? Chambliss ineligible according to ncaa.

Cast a look on the other side of the ball. Three guys from last year's O-line starting. That's what I'm curious about. Will they be significantly better?

My take from this whole mess is that Lane’s mindset was basically, if they’re ruled eligible, great. If not, oh well. I’m just hoping all this nonsense gets sorted out so we can move on to what really matters: squashing the vermin that is Dabo Swinney, and getting the Lane Train rolling.

LSU has like 7 scholarship DTs on this roster. They will be fine. Idk why they feel like they needed to add another one.

It's BS and hypocrisy, but it won't affect him since he never entered the draft or signed a pro contract.

Getting the edge imo means more than the 2 ole miss guys. We seem more thin at edge without Reliford and assuming Shanklin

So getting a guy that had 4 sacks in 4 years is more important to you than a true TE that can block & catch & has proven this in SEC play?

At DT there’s still:

Deuce Geralds
Rich Anderson
Malik Blocton
Steph Green
Dom McKinnley

That’s two stud freshman DT’s and 3 guys who played significant snaps already here, Auburn, and Clemson. I think we’ll be okay

From what I heard he was good against the run and productive on a per snap basis. Wright is good, not denying that. We also have 5 tight ends including a preseason all American. And wasn’t wright mediocre as a run blocker? Not at all saying getting him wouldn’t help. But we are real thin at D end

DE was biggest position of need and we filled that. That’s a bigger win that people don’t realize because of all the craziness going on.

Brown can play inside too. I think you’ll see him there a lot in pass rush situations.
