You really have no clue how unintelligent you sound right now, which is kind of the amusing part.

The argument you’re failing at making is that picture isn’t a foul on Arkansas because shortly after the picture the foul is no longer happening. Something that can be said about literally every foul called in basketball.

Attempt to explain how you’re the intelligent one in this situation.

I’m gonna slow this way down for you.

The other poster essentially said “we’re winning even though they’re trying to cheat.”

If we’re still winning, then they’re not doing a very good job of cheating, are they? You can still think the refs are evil and corrupt, that’s fine. It’s not hard for anyone (except for you apparently) to see that I was just pointing out how a statement like that kind of damages the corrupt refs narrative.

You with me so far?

When you see a picture of a guy running do you believe he’s in the act of running or just frozen like that?

After the photo, as another poster pointed out, Mwani retaliated and obviously committed a foul. If the refs missed the initial contact it’s my opinion that they’re just incompetent and didn’t see it. Sucks for us. It’s like in football when a player gets pushed—the refs won’t see that one, but they’ll always see when the other guy pushes back.

On my end we have statistical miracles and tons obvious bad calls

On your end you have the fact that no amount of refereeing can make Missouri get a ball in a hoop.

The refs routinely frick us, and there are some games we can actually overcome it, but idk if you’ve noticed those games are becoming fewer.

Yep

The play you mentioned - bullshite

If that was the last play where we had the guy trapped and Wilkinson comes down across his arm, then no it wasn't bullshite.

Our guys overcame the other bad calls but didn't help themselves in the last minute of the game. Can't make silly fouls.

At some point Wade needs to adjust how aggressive his team plays and how the game is being called to not allow the refs to blow so many whistles. The fouls 30 ft or more away from the basket are killing us. The way we play we are practically begging for the refs to blow the whistle. Last night there were some terrible calls...a few of those charges were absurd but we also got away with some.

It’s also something a ref should be looking for in a trap.

Random games you can blame on officials. Patterns, like this with LSU this season aren't caused by the officials. Its caused by LSU's style of play and not being able to back off at appropriate times.

You actually think you’re intelligent while posting things like this

Does every baseball player that takes PEDs have a 1.000 batting average? Because if not, then your argument is taking PEDs isn’t cheating.

So when I accurately say you’re a dumbass, it’s not just a thrown in comment like you claimed. It’s a statement of fact.

A foul is an instantaneous action that occurs at a specific moment in time. It can therefore be captured in a single picture.

Running, or possessing a football, is a continuous act that happens over a period of time. A single picture doesn’t necessarily capture that continuous action.

You are apparently too stupid to understand this. Maybe go take a class on the history of cartoons and motion pictures at your local community college.

After the photo,

Is completely irrelevant to the foul being committed in the photo.

The play was reviewed. Are you too stupid to understand the implications of that too?

Just two more games left then I’ll start watching again and judge the team and Wade

I didn’t watch the game
and I’m not going to say that LSU didn’t make stupid plays or fouls

Yet all year long they call that foul anyway and call charge after charge on LSU while defenders are moving or flopping.

To expect the officials to do the right thing there for LSU after what we’ve seen all year is laughable.

Just two more games to ignore
then it’s March Madness.
You make a lot of solid points. All arguable positions. But why would anybody give your opinions any credence when you freaking boast that you haven't watched a game since the Florida game?
And, no - I don't believe that.

You’d have a point of the call was entirely based on live action and they didn’t go to the monitor to review.

That being said Mwani is an idiot for taking the player down with the hook and hold (at least be more subtle about it) and hacking down on Notae (even with a travel). And then to look so dumbfounded when called for it.
