So, Shea Dixon asks Brian Kelly is Womack available and good to go

Brian Kelly says yes but no follow up of why he didn’t play on defense.
I was listening to Jordy’s show before the press conference came on and he hinted a few times that he didn’t play on defense because he was a few minutes late for something last week. I hope that was a joke but the same thing happens to Denver Harris in fall camp.

If missing PT is a consequence for tardiness for team activities, then I don’t see an issue here. These young men have to learn to be accountable to themselves and their teammates.

Seriously!? You agree we shouldn’t have played Womack AT ALL because he was the last to pick up a fricking smoothie? The only reason I am not questioning him suspending Denver Harris that first game for being 3 minutes late to a team meal was only because of Harris’ previous screwups at A&M and the fight in practice earlier that week. But you really think we should have kept Womack on the sideline over a fricking smoothie? If you do them I’m not sure there’s any hope for you. Get over yourself.

Totally agree...BUT..the coach is accountable as well. If he thinks the talent level on Defense is lacking then he should take the blame.
Bottom line is you cant replace the guys we have lost with "plug in's" from Southeastern, Nichols, Marshal or Syracuse!

Makes zero sense. Ole Miss ran 88 plays on offense. Entire defensive line was getting killed and was gassed. But still no Womack, not even to give Jones a rest.

Deion has openly said that one of his talented freshmen isn't getting much PT bc he needs to attend more meetings and be on time...or something along those lines. If he is late the coach should hold him accountable.
