What was the density of the spit? Are we talking mostly saliva or something denser with good carry.
What was the color of the spit? Typical clear or white? Chewing tobacco brown? Pinkish or a bit of blood red? Perhaps an infected green or yellow? Or maybe everyone's favorite, mauve taupe.
Did Kiffin spit in Sankey's face or merely at his face? How much of the spit actually connected with Sankey's face.
How far apart were they when said spitting occurred? If it was far enough, or it was outside with a good wind, Kiffin's projectile might have missed Sankey entirely. Indeed, if they were far enough apart, are we even sure that Sankey was the intended target?
