Who does Coach O go after as a replacement, who are the guys should we pay attention to because it's gonna happen at some point Aranda will be offered a HC gig somewhere guy is too good. Thoughts?

O won’t be here to make that decision.

I would Target Shoop at Miss State

He has shown he can do good things with good talent.

If left to his preference he'll hire the best defensive coach that he believes will never question him or show him up.

I'm not going to think about how the team would look without an Aranda defense.

Meh we have been ok on defense before he got here I'm sure finding a quality guy should not be that tall of a task. Just trying to get some names of people to watch for. Who knows maybe O will win a Natty and retire and Aranda takes the tigers over.

There are so many unknown quantities in your question that a reasonable person really can't answer it.

He'll replace him with Rod Serling.

I don’t even want to think of a scenario where O is tasked with replacing Aranda. I’m just going to enjoy him being here

I'm sure it would be a breeze for LSU to replace a defensive coordinator who had his defenses in the top 10 defensive S&P+ every year that he was there.

Just keeping making Aranda offers he can’t refuse.

Maybe so. But O’s handling of the offensive coordinator position hasn’t exactly filled me with confidence that we’d easily replace Aranda.
