Truth, point made by someone else, I was the prick. Y’all are right, I’m just trying to talk about LSU baseball.

Ell is a dickhead. Just ignore him and/or make fun of him when he gets bitchy. That's what the rest of us do.

If you go back a couple years me and you actually agreed on a lot when I used to post on in game threads.

Rule of thumb for outfield.

Best wheels in center. Best glove in left. Best arm in right.

If I were going to change anything about our outfield it would be swapping Dups and Cabrera

Today is the most active I’ve been about baseball all year. Most people knew what this season would be and I got no pleasure posting daily about baseball like in the past.

Smith is the only player in the bunch. Slaughter was no 2 in K’s and had a .919 fielding percentage. He probably left more runners in scoring position than any player. Bryce is hurt and he might decide not to return. Broussard can’t hit against SEC pitching. Hopefully some of these touted commitments are players. If not, we are in a world of hurt next years.

Possibly .300, but he would have to improve just to be a poor man’s Freeman. He’ll get the first crack for sure and we’ll see how much of it was injury and how much of it was regression to his level.

His K Rate was 18.5% (figured this out earlier today for another thread). That’s completely acceptable for the production you expect to get in terms of power.

Shut up.

Slaughter turned a corner against the best pitching we saw all year.

Broussard led the team in RBIs and Batting Avg before he got injured.

Don't just look up stats and pretend to know what's going on with the team

Acceptable.

And Slaughter had one of the best plate approaches the last month. He was patient. Wasn't afraid to draw a walk and when he found something he liked he drove the kids out of it. If that guy shows up next year even bigger and stronger then He s gonna hit some dongs

The 2nd half of the season, Slaughter was a tough out with some serious pop. I’m ready to see what he does next year. I’m not as high on Broussard as some, but Slaughter consistently got better as the season progressed.

Slaughter needs a career arc of jacoby Jones & Deichmann

I don’t see why he can’t take the next step

A little better average and less homers than Diechman, but I could see similar growth
