Yeah he was right it would appear. My issue with it is Vitale shouldn't have access to such information and absolutely shouldn't be using that information to attack a University when the investigation isn't even done and released publicly. All he did was expose that he is a insecure bitch who did all of that to get attention and try to get more money funneled to his charity that he is stealing money from.

I would say clumsy is the key word. He acted like the main character of an HBO series.
