Koestler has never started on a Friday or Saturday night in his career at Southeastern. He started a few Sunday games last year due to injury. He's not the best pitcher on the roster and never has been. But I tell you what, y'all made him look like a Friday or Saturday night guy because he straight up shoved it up yalls arse. LSU is the better team without a doubt. It's just comical, and probably a little frustrating I'm sure, that a roster full of all state, all american, and all world arms out of high school can't put together three guys to make up a solid starting rotation and one guy to shove against the midweek teams. Y'all will figure it out I'm sure. And my last point, if y'all think cam sanders is bad, go look at the stats of his brother at southeastern. And they will not take him out of the lineup. That's one thing we have common ground on lol.

Come back and post after you win a Baton Rouge Regional. It's a meaningless midweek game.

Typical pitcher that gives LSU hell.

Have y’all ever won a game in a Regional? What about a Regional? I’m sure Slow Learners University is good for y’all little league, but come play week in and week out or in a 3 game series in April, then let’s talk.

The same type of comments were said early in the season last year. Look at how that turned out for LSU and SeLU respectively.

He currently is statistically your best pitcher besides one other starter who has not thrown half as many innings. Your weekend rotation must be better a lot better than what their statistics show.

You won a single baseball game in ten years. Kim Mulkey grew up in your town, but left as soon as she could. That's all I got.

Ya..we learned last year that losing midweek games to crappy LA teams means there’s nothing to look forward to...

Oh wait..

Some of the LSU “fans” have been disgusting towards SLU fans. It really is disconcerting, to say the least.

I'm a huge LSU fan, I was born and raised around LSU sports. I graduated from SLU in the 90's and I am happy to see SLU get a win. I never really root against LSU, but I can't root against the lions either.

I have to say it is interesting to see LSU 'fans' after a loss. It's definitely a different perspective. I love LSU, but there is some whiney and overly dramatic a-holes in this fan base.

Tldr. Congrats on winning your Super Bowl. Also Riser looks like a douche with that pen in his hat.

Congrats on the World Series win/overall massive success of the program due to this pointless midweek game.

Tell me about the utopic fan base where this doesn't happen after a loss.

I'm happy Southeastern won too, man. But I think ya got a little deep into the brew tonight, . It was a beautiful night to be at the ballfield and watch a great game. Win with class, lose with class.

Now check back in and tell us how that head is this morning

Calm down. It's a mid week game that SLU had to win at their field to drive interest. I'm not saying LSU didn't try to win but it wasn't their focus as they are desperately searching for pitchers that they can count on in the SEC.

PLUS, LSU, to this point, has probably fielded it's weakest team in 10 years. They will be lucky to host a regional much less win one if they can't find better arms.

Bottom line:

SLU won a game they needed and LSU lost a game that really doesn't matter since they have larger issues to deal with.

Congrats on the win!
