Maybe so...but I dont see that competitor just sitting by when the pinnacle of college sports is in his team's grasp. He's a dog....he wants to play. I believe if the issue is up to him (and it may not be) he's playing for his teammates.

Nah, coach’s convo should be “figure it out” as he walks out of the room with the rest of the coaches.
This is players only shite. Coach had nothing to do with it. Runners left on, errors, heads not in the game, and a complete shellacking. Wtf was that panic from Trav after the dropped third strike with a runner on first? This team was in disarray today.

Yes I’d be perfectly fine if “HE” said it, but you know and I know Skenes is a Soldier Literally, he is a leader and inspirational teammate that cares sooo much for his friends, HE WILL PITCH! Throw him in the shadows from 6-7:05, that’ll give him hopefully only 40/50 pitches and A Natty.

I wouldn’t judge Skenes for any decision he made. There’s really no reason he should risk making the millions of dollars he’s more than earned at this point. But man do I hope he says frick it, dominates tomorrow, and the goes on to have a long successful career.

I dont get what people like you think the coach's job is?
Literally his job is to teach them how to learn from their mistakes and make them better players.

I agree and think people are getting their hopes up for nothing. Knowing nothing specific about his pitching history before this year, I think it’s borderline unfair to even ask him if he wants to pitch on three days rest.

All the pitcher have to do is come in a pitch high fast balls. Fla will swing all day long at them. They crush breaking balls.
