Jones will not be fired after this season no matter what. Lsu simply doesn't care enough about basketball, at least to not do it this year. Hopefully if next year is as disappointing as this season is he will be at least on the hot seat for the following year. In other words I don't even think they fire him after next year unless they go winless or their is a scandal of some sort.

He's said all along he wanted to make the tournament. There are plenty of people who are going to be making or have made millions of dollars that still cared about their college experience

Your post are pathetic. Since Ben has been here he has shown nothing but class and been a great representative of LSU. The guy has done nothing to make people think he doesn't care, he plays 38-40 mins a night most of the time out of position and leads the SEC in rebounding but he doesn't care lol. The guy even attended most of the football games even going out of his way to recruit players for the team. It amazes me how some so call fans hate on our players more than opposing team fans, it's like you get joy form seeing them struggle

I'll give him that, and I've defended him here and I think with reason.

True, Ben hasn't overtly done anything wrong or shown a bad attitude. And he certainly doesn't showboat. I like that alot.
But I think what people have noticed is that he doesn't show much at all - either positive or negative. He just sort of exists, but doesn't exert himself emotionally on the floor. Maybe that's just his personality and if that's the case, it's fine. He is who he is.
But it can also be mistaken for coasting and not fully caring. And I don't think it's "hating" when fans notice that and comment on it.

If the kid has an ounce of self-respect or pride, he will bust his arse in these next 5 games to get LSU into the tourney.
