He’s not leaving UGA to be a backup. He’s already in that role on a better team

You mean the team that LSU beat by 20 points?

Wrong. The system is going to hinder ANY QB we bring in. CSE needs to go and someone with a functioning brain void of cobwebs needs to replace him. Its the only way our offense will ever advance and keep up with other SEC offenses.

Why would he go to Baton Rouge to do the exact same thing that is making him miserable in Athens?

If the NCAA grants him eligibility to play immediately then Justin Fields would want to play in 2019. By play, I mean being the starter.

He could stay at Georgia and play part-time. I don't see LSU being an ideal location for him.

If he has to sit a year we could become more attractive to him.

yes, we beat them. But each game is unique. We were much better on that particular day, but I think they're clearly a better team.

If we played UGA 10 times, how many do you think we'd win?

No way. I'm confident E could easily develop the #1 HS QB into at least a third or fourth round draft pick. Best OC in the country, I heard O tell us that

There is no "claiming", it happened and came from UGA's 1st or 2nd team all SEC 1B who was summarily kicked off UGA's baseball team posthaste. Maybe Fields does get a waiver. Regardless, full steam ahead on getting Fields to BR.

If Fields doesn't come LSU should go get this kid.

The team that was within a blown play of a NC and was close to another SEC champ and a trip to the playoffs. The team recruiting like bandits. That team.

It was significant enough the baseball player who did it got kicked off the UGA baseball team and he was a damn good player. Someone in the UGA admin found him to be totally out of line.

Anyone have the cliffs on what happened and/or what was said between the two and in what context?

I don't believe the racism claim has anything to do with his playing time or that Fromm is white.

It goes back to a Georgia baseball player calling him a bad word.

Ever think you may just not be as good as Fromm?

If you want to transfer instead of work, go ahead. But don’t slander a staff or program
if he goes that route, he's not slandering anyone.

More truth has never been uttered. I jested on twitter about LSU getting him and wasting his talent so no team could use him effectively against us lol

The pertinent point: it’s a shame we are desperately seeking a magic bullet to make a retread like Steve Ensminger look good instead of hiring an OC that would plug these kids into a great system and win championships.

The LSU Oline in 2018 had a lot to do with the problems with passing, barring major injuries, LSU will be a monster to deal with in 2019.

What lead you to this conclusion, because it seems like bull shite to me. The same shite was said about Cam Newton but that didn't stop him from leading Auburn to the National Championship.

yes, but it's nonsense. One guy apparently called him a racial slur. And gee, I think there have been, what, 1000 black players at Georgia over the past 30 years and we haven't heard a peep about "racism."

Really disappointed Fields is going this route.

Since when does the oppressor tell the oppress he is disappointed he doesn't want to be oppressed. That is one instance that YOU know of he was involved with you know nothing about what the other players have dealt with while they were at UGA.
