It was a small concession in the negotiations to let him stay through the bowl game.

Big picture man, see that shite.

I don't know about the "allowance" part but:

Who cares about Pitt? There's nothing wrong with wanting to have the best available on the field/sideline for every game, including this bowl game -- which the results will have an effect on recruiting.

So I get the spirit of what you're saying.

of course Canada should be "allowed", why not?

btw you should watch the Pitt game; I enjoyed seeing Pitt beat Penn State earlier in the year.

Why did I enjoy it?
Because Canada's offense had a Penn State's defense that were bigger, stronger and had more depth on their heels all game, guessing, thinking, reactive and not proactive the whole game;
should be a nice preview of the possibilities of LSU's offense next season.

Its a bowl game we can look at his offense closely, and see how he does in bowl preparations

He owes it to his team to coach them in bowl game. He can watch and take notes from tv.

Yes we should have. He wasn't coaching ours.
