LOL. There is nothing wrong with giving the defense a different look with a DT QB for a few plays if he is capable. Did it with Mickey Guidry and Tommy Hodson. Worked just fine. And gave Hodson a chance to watch the defense and see what they were doing.

2. If you are going to give an example, why Mickey Guidry and not say Ryan Perriloux, an example much more suited to today’s game.

Also with Flynn and Perriloux. But I'm not advocating for this to happen this year.

I’m not saying 3-4 series but MVB actually started in the SEC so there would be nothing wrong with bringing him in for a series or 2 and run some zone read and RPO the shake things up.
