Under Les, we were always competitive and hardly ever got blown out like last night. Something like last night would have never happened under Miles. He knew what he was doing and he was a great coach but we wanted him fired because he wasn't Nick Saban. Now look what we have as a head coach now. We used to complain about losing a game because of one or two plays that happened but now we're being blown out and aren't competitive in the games. These last 6 years have been tough and it looks like they'll be even tougher. RIP LSU Football 2001-2011

Nah, it was time for Miles to go.

However, there is absolutely no doubt in my mind that he would have put out a better product than what we saw yesterday.

No, Les was dogshit at the end.

The problem was we hired a guy that couldn't even hack it at Ole Miss and was passed up at USC.

O was the wrong hire. But we'd gone as far as we could with Les. He should have been fired after 2015.

It was definitely time for Miles to go but the problem was obviously botching every aspect of the process.

It's also funny now to see how drastically the goal posts have moved.

Absent a last ditch comeback effort, Les basically had this same game happen to him against State in 2014. We were down 34-10 in the 4th quarter. He also got blown the frick out in three straight games in 2015. Some of you have short memories

It was his time to go

With that said, you had a chance for a home run hire and you blew it for the low hanging fruit

Did you watch the end of 15, start of 16. It looked a lot like last night. Just because Alleva botched the hire doesn't make Les' last season and a half somehow better.

No.

We should have fired Les.

We should not have allowed Alleva to make the next hire.

They weren't prepared to play last night. The TD called back on the first drive of the game was big. I believe that affected our rhythm last night. I know its just one play but I believe that was big. The lack of depth showed last night. They need to put a better product on the field next week against Syracuse. It was time for Les to go. You can only be competitive for so long. The year we had Met, Jarvis, and OBJ was the year we should have won it all, and Les couldn't do it. I am looking forward to seeing how CEO and Canada regroup and hopefully make a change for the better.
