It was an interception. The review team copped out by claiming incomplete pass.

this. and......they didn't show us too many angles. it was a very quick decision to save their arse.

On the last angle of the replay the ball touched the ground. Thank goodness. They were going to give it to Texas.

It was close. Don’t have a problem with it being called incomplete.

Watching live on TV I thought it was pick reminiscent of Eric Ried in 2011.

What baffles me was how they called it complete to the WR on the original call.

No angle showed that, the only question is did (he did) Stingly have control before his foot went out of bounds...

It was an interception

It clearly hit the ground.

Incredible play by Stingley but not an interception.

Looked like a pick to me but it was a wierd play. Ref on the play never made a call that I could see

It was very close to an interception, but the ball did hit the ground. Awesome play either way. Stingley was stellar last night in his first big challenge.

No angle showed that

An angle very clearly showed half the ball on the ground. Are you trolling?

ball hit the ground between them. Easy call after seeing replay

Yes it did, however you couldn’t see where stingley,s hand was. Very important point. I think stingley’s hand was under it and he had control. Call should not have been reversed as there was no clear view of his hand.

watching Stingley make the adjustments

Only reason he needed to make adjustments was Johnson was pushing off. He looked like the 2nd coming of Michael Irvin.

Yup, incompletion.
Stingley is the real deal.

All I know there was zero reason to call it a completion by the ref on the field.

The ball CAN touch the ground as long as the player has/never loses possession

And in this case the player never had possession. He stripped it away while falling, it hit the ground, and he pinned it against his body.
