I don't care what you think about the man as a coach, he's a class act and one helluva good guy.

You hear these stories often about les, with no Sean penn Katrina cameras or fanfare. Very proud he is the face of the program; it would be hard to imagine better as both a coach and a man in general.

thanks for sharing and, if there is something we can all agree on, it would be that your friends' son fight and win the battle against his cancer. they will be in our prayers.

as for Coach....he's just a damn fine human being. nuff said.

Prayers are sent for sure to the young man.

Character does matter. I have two girls but if I had a son that had the abilites to play at a D1 school I would want him to play for LES... hands down.

It is these types of things that CLM does and thinks of when our fanbase gets our priorities mixed up. You can see it in the smile he has sometimes after a ridiculous question is posed.

Not a god or prayer guy! but the Coaches actions seem to match his words. Coach Mies is a mighty man if this story is true! and I hope this helps with the young mans recovery!

Wonder if Guilbeau reports this? This goes to show that when Miles was saying the things he did regarding TM7, he wasn't blowing smoke. The man is genuine.

God Bless this young man and his family. Praying for Strength, Comfort and a complete Healing .
