I've seen Drew speak and he's not quite Dale Brown levels of inspirational (who is?), but he was pretty darn good. I did end up in a thirty minute conversation with one of his assistants about Mamadou Dienne's post moves. I'm friends with a Baylor booster and we've gone to some events in Dallas. I think Drew would be a great hire, but it's tough seeing him leaving.

Like I said... sweet setup, beyond beautiful campus, and lots of pretty girls running around.

I know I wouldn't leave.

I've been over it, your obsession with not giving credit where credit is due is sad. I doubt you have ever been in the same room with the guy. I think LSU fcked him over and we are still paying for it. LSU firing him like they did is the reason we got a guy like Tj, it was a black eye on the program amongst SEC coaches and BB guys throughout the country. I'm done with you. I hope the next guy doesn't hurt your feelings.

byrd, quannas white and an established #1 assistant would be a solid staff. i'd rather floyd over jones all day. don't think either of them gets it though. i think the jones talk is just wishful thinking from a certain faction. feel like alleva will go with a mid major or a duke guy.

if we got Drew and his Baylor signing class we'd be a Sweet 16 team next season

He's got a 7 footer and a PG that are a 4 and 5 star. I don't remember which is which though

Truest statement I've ever read. Make it happen Joe.

Add Hickey, O'bryant, and Morgan= Championship

WIN NOW not later

7 Footer = Isaiah Austin = 5 star
PG = LJ Rose = 4 star

there just has to be some reason to go after JJ if they are. Its not just because of his great success at UNT obviously. They've been pretty mediocre.

I cannot believe how much people are dismissing JJ's coaching ability. They don't seem to realize how hard it is to build a winning program at a small school like NTS. He literally built the program from nothing, and got them to more NCAA tournaments than LSU did. People who say he's a mediocre coach don't know anything.

how about steve alford at univ of new mexico; he's done well in a state w/ poor resources/funding, a tiny population. indiana lineage, good coach who rarely loses close games late;

took pitino's louisville team to the finish line this yr

This list would not be complete without John Gruden, Steve Spurrier and Jack del Rio.
