Yeah this is a day you just need to throw strikes. Pitch to contact even if they do square it up on this day it won't matter.

His performance going forward may eventually be the deciding factor when it comes to seeding at the end of the year.

He doesn’t have the confidence to really go to his spots. Early in that inning one of the OU lefty batters was crowding the plate. Catcher set up on the inside corner for a pitch that would have easily jammed him or been a called strike.
