He’s a mountain of a man.

We are going to be a whole Shelvin this year as he’s in shape and trying to show the scouts what he can do.

210 pounds would be much healthier for most anyone but 340 is a good weight for a nose tackle playing the football

much prefer him at 340 pounds than 305 if he is going to stay at NT. 305 would be fine if he wants to play DE but we don't need a 305 lb NT. WE need a NT who has the bulk and strength to control the middle of the line and push the pocket.
