Hope the young man can stay healthy

There's something more to that story that we'll never probably know. Where would he even be projected at?
Posted on 2/27/23 at 1:28 pm to Cenlabration
Probably not, apparently the coaching staff knew. He just did not make an announcement, because he did not have to.

Probably realized he would not be in the starting CB rotation.

We seldom know what goes on behind closed doors or in young people's thoughts and actions. Best of luck, young man.

"Though widely thought Banks had returned to LSU because he never made a public announcement, the team knew of his choice." From the Advocate

Only if XFL manages a second season.

Per the on3 article i read he made himself eligible in January. Not a single person realized simply because he didn’t post one of those corny graphic messages. Our local LSU beat, ladies and gentlemen

Good luck to him. I think it's a mistake as he most likely won't get drafted where if he came back and played then he might. Heck, we saw another CB play basically one year and get drafted in the first! And UDFAs rarely make the team, especially when they have so little experience. But maybe he can show enough to make a practice squad and that's worth more to him than another year at LSU.
In any case, I do wish him the best.
