Exactly. When he’s done something to warrant criticism, most will be fine with doing so lol

When it’s obviously a select few who just don’t like the guy you’re gonna get people defending him. It’s not that hard to understand but I guess they’re not that bright

What would be your purpose in doing so?

a 9 year run in the middle of the conference would be fair given thats how long NF has had without any repercussions!

He has Aranda-level protection from some posters here. Truly remarkable.

More than one “down” year and for him to stop bringing in top recruits. I get being frustrated with this team but that doesn’t mean that Wade isn’t the guy for LSU. He is building a program to compete yearly not a program that is good every 5 years with mediocre ones sprinkled in between.

If the floor for Wade at LSU is a 8/9 seed in the tournament then we are going to be ok.

Coaches who are widely viewed as among the best in the nation tend to get that kind of protection from knowledgeable fans

Joe Alleva not killed Wade’s ability to recruit

stop the narrative...
Alleva's job was to protect LSU, not any one coach.
Alleva did not put Wade on tape, Wade put Wade on tape.

not a fan of Alleva, enough negative can be attributed to him reg the programs, but this continuous blame and absolution of Wade is not valid.

And just like aranda he gets unwarranted criticism from fools like you that are clueless.

Why was he fired shortly there after and will wade is still the coach?

Seems like you’re the one who needs to stop the bullshite narrative.

Who cares? We all know those same people will sink back into clinical sports depression the next time football loses a close one, too.

Psychotic LSU Fan gonna Psychotic.

Whether you like him or not, he’s a very highly regarded coach

This is why everyone makes fun of you. You lack the ability to be objective. Your only loyalty is to Orgeron. You do mental gymnastics defending his every move but afford no benefit of the doubt to certain other coaches. It’s just sad and makes you look ridiculous

Pirate king also swore that we’d never win a national title with Dave Aranda as our DC. He doesn’t really know anything about sports.

Exactly. The haters just don’t like him bc he’s successful and they’re probably not. They seem like very negative, insecure, low IQ individuals

Oh I know. She’s an idiot. I’ve seen enough of her post to know she’s a troll at best, at worst an obese Cajun who never washes herself.

Completely underachieve with a loaded team.

This isn’t a loaded team.

If these problems continue in the middle of next season then yeah sure he deserves some criticism. But for now he has back to back 20 win seasons and tourney births. I think he had the number 32 recruiting class last year? That hurts and it didn't help with the wiretap debacle. If I would have said before the season started, with that class and the controversy, if LSU had 20+ wins and a tournament birth everyone would have taken it. Yeah they have struggled as of late but they also have overachieved in my opinion. I cannot wait until next season when everyone is back on his nuts because of the team we will have. No sport matters more when it comes to recruiting than basketball, and with the returning players and recruiting class next year, they are going to be really good.
