Most LSU fans are willing to criticize Wade.
But, some (which seem to predominate here) blame every team failure on anything but Wade - the refs, Alleva, etc. They also tend to be the same people who blast CPM, blaming him for every baseball deficiency.
It is the Cult of the Coach.

Logical answer. If we are still in the same position in two years with the talent coming in I would say criticism is warranted. He lost 3 big pieces from last season and has dealt with injuries and a depleted roster this season. I think he gets a pass this year especially since they will still make the NCAA tournament. Lots of "basketball experts" here think this is a talented team and should be doing more. I disagree. With the average overall talent on this roster they are slightly above where they should be. I mean how many 5 year NBA players can you name on this team?

This. WW has this undermanned team in the top 4 in the conference and may finish in the top 2 or 3. But listening to some in the rant you'd think we were back to 2-16 in conference (and that was just a few years back). This team has deficiencies and Wade isn't perfect but he is doing his job and doing it well.
