Dude how old are you? Serious question? Texas and Louisiana have some of the most generous gun laws in the country and it should stay that way.

No ones coming into my house or in my personal space threatening me or anyone I care for without consequence. I even tell my kids that daddy has big guns and mommy knows how to use them too. You break into my house or car with me or my wife in it and you've made a critical mistake bc not only am I ready and able but she is as well. She doesn't carry some little gun either, it'll knock you down and blow a huge hole in your chest.

I've also taught her to shoot to kill. Chest area until they aren't a threat. I carry a 45 and she carries a 38 special revolver with every other round for a specific purpose. First round is heavy to knock the crap out of them and second is hollow point to tear them up. We also have a specific plan for differnt scenarios so when the time comes, we're ready. Same with other emergency scenarios.

I am a 46 year old attorney. If I am selling something off Craig’s list and not smart enough to offer the buyer a meet up in front of state police headquarters or some other controlled environment in a legal carry state you can bet I would be carrying a pistol

Wasnt it found to be a BB gun the other guy ended up having?
Well then don't pull that on someone in the act of committing a felony considering you never know who has a real one. Also, you will be charged just the same if you rob a 711 with a bb gun.

This Is Broome's Baton Rouge. Alton Sterling created a whole new culture where it is okay to rob and thug and call it a living. And then martyr people who die because they did just that and the cops are racists. CEH and the rest of us are just protecting ourselves from those who saw the case and the city leaders like C. Denise R Kelley and Broomstick and the like who think it is okay to behave like that. CEH did what he had to do it sounds like. We live in a city where the criminals are now more protected than ever and they know it.

And it's your fricking right, moron. It is written. Damn. 1 great right of the original 10.

EVERYONE needs to read this. Its got a lot of truth to it. You are responsible for your safety a lot more than you would like to think. Criminals have a lot of rights and even more understanding from people of influence. Taking stuff from other people is encouraged more than ever today.

Literally crazy how all of a sudden, either everyone is an instant member of the NRA, or this particular situation has everyone all of a sudden all for gun rights.

Nothing crazy about being for gun rights. You are a little crazy if you go around Baton Rouge without a gun. I would like to see magazine limits, all police with cam-corders but we have a right to defend ourselves legally from people who wish to do illegal things to us or our family.

Magazine limits for what? One bullet is all it takes. If you’re easily pushed emotionally until you are in favor of limiting law abiding citizens second amendment rights, you’re weak with communist tendencies to boot. It won’t be long until some uninformed liberal on tv convinces you that magazine limits aren’t enough. And you’ll be in favor of the next ban they propose and justify with some bullshite emotional drivel.

CEH should be applauded. Period. He was within his rights and did exactly as he should have.

Not weak but you believe what you would like. I would like to see magazine limits if the punishment wa very significant. CEH should not be applauded but he does stand as a good example of what you should do in his situation.
