Wow. I didnt know she was still playing. That is a heck of a long time

She definitely made a career out of basketball. That is not an easy feat. Congratulations to her!

The only thing I know about the WNBA is that Bill liambeer was a coach at one time.

He’s still coaching. Nikki Fargas is his boss LOL

LINK

This has her 23rd all time, which is very impressive of course. Could maybe make a top 15 case, top 10 is pushing it IMHO...Sylvia is 8th...so LSU has two of top 25..pretty unreal, and Tameka is top 100 for sure

but is there actually anyone that watches a single second of the WNBA? The NBA heavily subsidizes it, for political reasons, but there can’t be much, if any, actual fan interest in the product.

What does any of that have to do with this thread?

I actually refereed many of her games as a youngster. I knew she was good but that flat shot of hers was going to hold her back . She proved me wrong. But it is flattest shot I’ve ever seen someone perfect. Congrats to her

In all my years of watching Seimone, I’ve never ever heard anyone complain about her shot being flat lol. Seimone is one of the greatest pure shooters ever in the WNBA and had the best handles in the league.

I remember her being one of the few/only WBB basketball players who could legit hang with myself (average bb skills, above average athlete) and most of the mens pick-up players in the rec.

Why is this board, and the MSB for that matter, so fixated on how women's basketball players compare to men? Of course men can do things better on the basketball court than women. Those differences also exist for baseball/softball, golf, track and field, etc, etc, etc. Yet there are more threads about "Well my high school basketball boys team could beat UConn women's team" than there about the differences between men and women in any other sport. Why is that relevant?

Phenomenal player and career, both college and pros. Not saying she could hang with college level mens players, she couldn't. But if you were an average to good pick-up guy and you had to guard Seimone you had to be ready to play or she could eat you up.

You really think Seimone was giving 100 playing against a NOBODY LMAO

Are you just saying this because of her career length at LSU?

Because there is somebody that needs a word with you:

Finally I can agree on something LE has posted, Mr Negativity is right, one of the few female players I actually knew that could play in pick-up games with the opposite gender and hold her own , she reminded me of Cheryl Miller one of the, if not the GOAT.
