I hope the state goes bankrupt so there's no fricking LSU football team and these nega fricking bitch's can either become a Bama fan or kill themselves for being miserable human beings
They'd rather LSU burn to the ground than hear Ogre be criticized.

How much film have you watched on these guys? Why do we give a shite if you’re happy with them?

There is always an excuse
Mediocre season... “you can’t win them all”
Fire top notch coaches... “Orgeron is still a good recruiter that will bring in talent”
Poor recruiting... “stars are over rated”
You keep playing this game of making excuses for every subpar result and before you know it you are Ole Miss
Wake up. It’s happening.

Good recap. Much needed.
Some may have been aware of a lot of what you are saying, but those were in the barn. Everyone was looking to add the last few cherries on the top. Then not only do we lose a top recruit (Goodrich) because we think that we have “Tiger Bait”, but we lose him to Freakin Bama. Big let down for all. But, the O haters are having their day. Let’s see how these additions perform before judging the class.

I guess you prefer the #30 class? Let's look at three teams that have been in the mix the last couple of years.
2015: Oklahoma#15, Clemson#9, Stanford#24
2016: Oklahoma#19, Clemson#11, Stanford#16
2017: Oklahoma#8, Clemson#16, Stanford#14
Or go look at Notre Dame class rankings; we are way more talented yet we have lost two bowl games in four years to them.
Long story short, a teams on field success isn't determined by it's recruiting class rankings.

I hope the entire team uses this site as motivation. There's plenty to use....

It's a solid class. My issue is the unforced errors that led to not getting Goodrich (coaches thought they could get a waiver for the kicker and had Foster higher on their board).
We needed more than one CB in this class especially considering that Fulton is up in the air.
The maddening part to me is that after all the complaining about Les Miles not meeting needs each recruiting cycle, Ed O the self-proclaimed recruiting guru does the same thing.

It's endless...this site wreaks of negativity. It should be renamed The Vent..

Personally, I am hopeful until proven otherwise
It is possible that 4 star players properly developed, yield better results than 4-5 star players left to develop on their own.

Don’t feel sorry for Orgeron.
He has (or will have in time) about 15 million reasons that you shouldn’t feel bad for any and all criticism that is directed his way.
This is big business. A big business that he lobbied to get into and sign up for.
$15 million from the pockets of LSU fans will make its way into Orgeron’s bank account. With that money comes criticism and accountability, and it is absolutely warranted given the stakes.

I'm with you brother and want so badly to see all these so called experts and haters eat crow.

I believe people are happy with the signees, but disappointed in the CB, QB and RB haul. It’s great to have the big beef but you have to have the sizzle, too. It’s a reflection on O and if he can’t field a dominant team this year, he’s doomed.

It's crazy how chronic underachievement brings criticism isn't it? I mean, it's like he's expected to win or something.
He's got about the same winning percentage that Miles had.

We have separate boards for recruiting and coaching changes; I wonder if the people that use this site would be interested in seeing a separate board for positigers and negatigers?

It’s because they are apart of the worst recruiting class this century. Not their fault and I’m happy they made the choice to further their education at my alma mater. LSU is a great place they will enjoy themselves. I just hate that our coach is such a laughing stock that these kids can openly mock him after they just spurned us to go to a rival. Not our kids fault but they’ll just have to make it happen on the field.

It's an underwhelming class. We haven't had a class like this since the year we got Patrick Peterson that class was ranked 13th. Most classes we have 7-10 players ranked in the top 200. This year we have 4 and a bunch of players in the 300 and below.

We've got some awesome talent. Smart kids too
