I wonder if it’s the type of training or just bad luck?

Please explain to me how this affects a ligament.

ETA: Unless maybe they are getting too much muscle for their ligaments to support? So maybe Kelly's guy is too good at the strength part.

You can train in a way to strengthen ligaments. Knees over toes is good YT guy to listen to about this.

For a long time I always heard "don't let your knees go past your toes, or you'll put stress on the ligaments". This guy trains with knees over toes (without weight, then with weight) to strengthen the ligaments under stress. To get them stronger.

Weakest joint on the strongest limb of the body! Players are stronger now and making cuts and stressing their knees at awkward angles. Would be interesting to see a stat on how many ACL injuries are non-contact, at least to the knee itself.

We have had what two?

I don’t think it’s our sc program causing it. Though I would say I don’t know that our sc program is top of the line for the sec

Oh please. Let’s not go there. Did you see the play he was injured in? At first glance most anyone would have thought shoulder.

while true...kot is also responsible for many injuries using his methods

you can train the ligaments to be stronger that is true and KOT is one way of doing that but you can not stop all acl injuries.

training is better now that ever before and it still happens. We invest millions upon millions on learning how to stop it and still cant completely.

and there are prolly less now than ever before

Yea it’s stilly to blame our sc program for it.

The sc program has plenty of actual flaws
