Nothing. Nobody actually knows what will happen. LSU could have no shot at hosting for all we know.

I'm sure people know this but d1baseball.com has a pretty good live game tracker where you can watch games around the country pitch-by-pitch

FWIW, last instance I can find of a top 10 RPI team not hosting was Virginia in 2009. Had an RPI of 6 but finished 6th in the ACC. They actually won the ACC Tournament too.
