I know Ott sucked there but I think he comes back to form now. He got the monkey off his back with that one right there. He had a look of relief coming off the mound like he got some confidence back.

My wife got online, and then I missed the discussion.
In high school, a pitcher can't be forced into a balk by a batter attempting to call time out. I would think that the rule is the same in college, and that is why they moved the runner back.
Also, Matty threw well that last inning. His ball was down and around the zone the entire time. He had some bad luck there.
