Planning to make the trip to Hoover this year for the first time.
To anyone that has been, would you recommend buying the ticket book or are single game tickets fairly easy to get?

I’ve been the past 9 yrs (excluding 2020) and the best deal is to buy the Dr.pepper 6 pack (6 tickets). It’s general adm but usually $12/ ticket vs $18/ticket at the gate. The tickets are good for any session. Tues., wed, thur. Have 2 games per session and 2 sessions per day. fri and sat each have one session per day and 2 games.

LSU should go two and 'cue and throw the rag arms. Got business to tend to.

I’m going to be there with my dad on Wednesday and Thursday. Went ahead and got the Dr Pepper 6 pack. Seemed like the best deal and can hopefully move around the general admission to stay out of the sun and the inevitable rain.

There are hotels aplenty on highway 150 in hoover. Just choose the one that best accommodates you.

I’ve never been but google maps show them being a few miles, about 8-10 minutes away.

best thing to do for tickets is watch this board. Next time LSU goes down by 2 runs, someone will cancel their reservations and sell their tickets claiming Johnson needs to be fired.

Get there early. I live in AL and have been going every year and I always get my ticket when I arrive early. This is a well designed stadium and there is really no bad seats. You want to pay more, someone is always selling tickets. We always catch the games then get great BBQ in B'ham. They are known for great BBQ. Enjoy!

Never been to Hoover. Hope to go 1 year.

But, I'm going ALL IN to Omaha. Driving alone from BR for the duration. Team hotel. All games..

Cant wait. Gonna soak it up like the 2019 Football Naty

I’m going again this year with my 15 yr old son. Went in 2017 and my son took a picture with Alex Lange after Lange beat KY. Awesome trip. Best tournament outside of Omaha to attend IMO.

Truth. Dreamland for ribs, there is a Saw’s in Hoover now (get the cracklin with pimento cheese and pepper jelly appetizer!) and Jim N Nicks is still good though they are getting pricey. Only bad thing about the Met is that they built it at the end of a cul de sac, so it can take a while to get in and out, and they like to dump you over to Hoover HS and make you take a bus for big games, but come early and stay late and you’ll be fine. There’s even a brewery (Brock’s Gap) across the parking lot now that has been doing crawfish boils on the weekend.
