Yeah, I really hope they aren’t across from LSU in the bracket with a chance to meet in the Super Regional.

One would think if they aren't a host then they would get paired with a fringe host team meaning a 14-16 seed. Which means you don't want to be seeded 1-3.
Although all of that logic goes out the window when the committee starts trying to keep conferences from eliminating each other and starts factoring in location

Mississippi State trailing early to A&M, would like to see the Bulldogs win that one.
Purdue Ft Wayne has started their tournament game against Milwaukee. PFW is the worst RPI team we played. I honestly don't know if them beating a few other bad RPI teams even helps us.

A little scoreboard watching for some of our non conference opponents:

Only team with a longer win streak than them is Northeastern. They’ve won 24 straight and will be a 2 seed somewhere. They’d have to make it to Omaha unscathed to have a shot but they’re approaching the D-1 all-time longest winning streak of 34 games.
