they do this crap every year for baseball.
I guarantee you every member of the LA congress was offered tickets for this super regional, which is just beyond stupid.
Let's limit our students and loyal season ticket holders so a bunch of asswipes from congress can go to their first game of the season, or give their tickets away to a political friend.

The reason there are no tickets for sale to the general public for the Super is there was more demand for super regional tickets from the large donors for Super Regional than Regional. Season ticket holders who had no faith/couldn’t be bothered to go to the Regional scooped up super regional tickets.This is straight from the LSU ticket office.

We sit on end of SEC 211 across the aisle from 210. Saw the seating map before regional where 210 was visitor seating.
Was expecting to be right next to a bunch of visiting fans.
Turns out there wasn't 1 visiting fan in that section for any game.
I felt bad for the season ticket holders in 210 as their tickets were taken away for eventually LSU fans.
Not sure exactly how to handle it but that's just wrong.

Thats dirty af. I can understand a significant increase in price per seat for post-season but to take your seat completely is BS.

So did they charge you the gold seat price or the bleacher price? Normally, they notify earlier in the season what sections are the relocation sections. If they charged you the fee that the gold seats were instead of bleachers, I would be pissed.
And the zero loyalty to fans should come as no shock to anyone...like the arbitrary season ticket holders for more than 3 years or less than 3 years when they did seat assignments at the new ballpark. I had tickets for 12 years at that point but have no TAF points and my last name starts at the end of the alphabet so I got screwed.

Big difference between that and JBE just deciding he wants to show up at a big game to get attention, like he did for the Tennessee-LSU women's basketball game this year. I think that's what OP means.

I can see how that would piss you off. That would piss me off. But to be fair its not all that surprising and LSU is NOT the only school that does this.
