Continuing to throw Marceaux with a 10 run lead ???
Moffitt, Costello, etc can finish this game and save Marceaux if needed on Sunday. An absolute waste if he continues to pitch him in this game. And don’t want to hear the BS about saving the BP, Marceaux is better right now than anybody you can bring out of the pen!!

My nephew pitched for LSU. He said that if Mainieri pulled Marceaux after the third inning he was still burned for the weekend. Just FYI

At this point you want him to eat up as many innings as possible. I think he's past the point of being able to give you extended innings later in the weekend.

Walker has been bad lately and Henry is coming off extended absence, so burn up our Ace pitcher with a 10 run lead. Knowing the uncertainty with the other two starters. Yea makes perfect sense to me
