Louisiana Lagniappe on Perkins is the best restaurant in BR.
Appetizer: Oysters Lagniappe & Marinated Crab Claws
Entree: Never had a bad one, but go with the Snapper en Papillote

Take a Dramamine before you go. A lot of moving and shaking there.

You left off Louisiana Lagniappe.

Louisiana Lagniappe (opens at 5pm)
is best in BR. They take reservations. The fish en papiote (sp) is to die for. They feature it with their fresh gulf fish of the day.
Gino's which is close to where you are staying is also very good.

3 of the best restaurants in BR
City Pork
Beausoleil Coastal Seafood
Elsie’s Plate and Pie.
They are not far from campus and are away from traffic. As a foodie, I highly recommend them. Check their reviews on Yelp.

If you come to Louisiana from a land locked State and choose to eat Steak, we can have you shot!

Ruffinos or Jubans
If you go to jubans get the honey bourbon and the allelujah crab entree
