Idk, seems to be happening at a pretty alarming rate the last couple of years. He was losing assts to promotions before. Now he is losing them laterally it seems.

Going from co-OC at Bama to OC for the NFC Champions is not a lateral move especially if Sark is trying to make it in the NFL now
