Safety transfers to VaTech from USCe. He’s been in 4 NFL minicamps & tried out for a 5th.

He’s not a pro player! But Harris who basically never practiced a snap with the Saints because…something.

Clayton needs to cut their throat and file the antitrust, collusion, Rico suit. Sue for attorney fees, treble and punitive damages.

Putative damages? Why stop there when you could allege punitive damages?

Wright never even played in a preseason game.
Friday and Saturday is when the SEC schools will try to push our buttons. They are going to try to diminish which will be the start of something great.

This would be a lot cooler—and more relevant—if he was transferring to South Carolina from Va Tech. Not that it’s NOT relevant as far as the NCAA and the media hypocrisy are concerned, it’s just has nothing to do with the SEC, which is where everyone’s focus is as our immediate foe.

So let's hear it from the press and fellow coaches about USC!!

This is the most ridiculous aspect of enforcing this rule against 5 for 5.
All 4th year guys go to the draft, go undrafted & then try out for teams as an UDFA.
The guys who weren’t good enough are still eligible in college, but the guys who weren’t good enough to make the 53 man roster are not eligible.
Meanwhile there are 6th & 7th year guys playing in college while we deny these guys a 5th year

Look, I know it’s stressful right now with the league saying they are going to kick us out and everyone else doing the same thing but having it be fine because their targets are like 5% not as good of players
All of this stuff happening is why nothing is going to happen and we are going to get our players. Let it play out

Yeah, the mini camps where you get paid and sign a contract with the NFL team
Posted on 9/2/26 at 9:17 am to Jabontik
You don't do anything at an NFL camp without signing something. That is a fact.

So:
Trying out for an NFL team in May, getting paid to do so, and getting cut: Good
Trying out for an NFL team in July/August, getting paid to do so, and getting cut: Bad
